The cultivation of organic coffee in the northern regions is a government program that allows delivering you high-quality organic coffee beans selected by hand and fried using modern technologies.
Mountain air, soft water and excellent climate of Chiang Mai province have created the best conditions for the cultivation of organic coffee. Here, at 1400 meters above sea, a rare Arabica organic coffee is grown. This coffee leaves a long lasting aftertaste and makes you fall in love with it after the very first cup.

Find a good coffee – a great success. Thai coffee – unusual and delicious. Tried cappuccino. I did not expect such a taste in the coffee-milk mix. After 5 minutes, I asked for an espresso and I was right. Very rich. Dark roast, but there is no typical bitterness.

Medium brown, common for most specialty coffee. Good for tasting the varietal character of a bean, although roast character is noticeable. Sugars have been further carameliezed and acidity has been muted. This result in coffee with higher body but some roast flavor imposed.
