Organic Coffee Shipping Policies


Do you have some general coffee shipping information?

In-stock orders normally ship within 1-2 business days unless otherwise noted. Generally, all items on backorder or out of stock are marked as such on the site. All shipping transit times quoted are business days (Monday-Friday), not calendar days. Please note that all processing and shipping times are estimates only. If you need your order by a certain date please contact us before placing the order.

For all international orders, you can choose between Thai Airmail (7-14 business days ‘approx’), or EMS courier (5-7 business days ‘approx’).  If your order ships via EMS you will receive an e-mail with a tracking number when your order ships, if you do not recieve a number please contact us and we will send it to you a.s.a.p.

Please note that shipping time estimates are not guaranteed in any way.

Can you ship to P.O. Boxes?

If your Shipping address is a P.O. Box, we cannot use EMS courier, and your order will be shipped via Registered Thai Airmail. Some orders may be subject to verification of billing/shipping information, and may be delayed because of this. We are not responsible for delays or mis-shipments when a P.O. Box address is used.

Coffee Shipping Charges

How much is shipping?

It depends on what you are ordering, how much you are ordering, and where it is shipping. You can determine the cost of shipping your order by adding the items you want to the shopping cart and entering your zip code or country in the Shipping Estimator on the cart page. You can also get the shipping cost during checkout – you will need to fill out your shipping address in order to view the shipping options and cost. Orders of €49 or more
Customers who order €49 or more of our Thai Organic Coffee (not including shipping costs) shall continue to receive free Worldwide shipping. Thai Organic Coffee vacuum seals every bag of coffee within an hour after roasting to maintain freshness. Those customers that choose to increase the size of their order to take advantage of the free shipping should feel confident that their coffee will remain fresh for up to one year.

Orders of €48.99 or less
Customers who order €48.99 or less (not including shipping costs) will have a €4.99 shipping fee added to the order total to help cover a portion of the shipping cost. Adjusting our shipping policy will allow us to keep customer prices at current levels and affect the smallest percentage of our customers.

 

International Coffee Shipping

Do you ship outside the Thailand?

Absolutely. After placing items in your shopping cart, proceed to the checkout area. Complete the Shipping and Billing information, including selecting your country. We have chosen Thai Airmail and EMS as the carriers for our International orders. They both offer reasonable shipping rates (compared to other express carriers) and fast delivery times.

Will I have to pay customs fees on my order?

Your order will probably be charged customs fees (taxes, duties, processing fees, brokerage fees, etc.) when it arrives. Unfortunately, Thai Organic Coffee has no control over these fees. If you are not familiar with the customs fees in your country, please check with your local customs office for more information. Also, because we are a retail store, we are NOT able to mark orders as ‘Gifts’ for customers to avoid paying these fees.

The shipping charges you pay to Thai Organic Coffee do NOT include customs fees, import taxes, brokerage fees, or duties. If you refuse to pay the customs fees when your order arrives, the shipment will be returned to Thai Organic Coffee and we will be charged the customs fees plus return shipping costs. Therefore, we do not issue refunds for customs fees, shipping, or the cost of your order if you refuse to pay the customs fees.

Coffee Shipping Delays

Your parcel may be held up for various reasons or simply awaiting clearance at Customs. Unfortunately, we do not have any control over delays with our various carriers. Once your order has been processed, we are not responsible for delays once it leaves our facilities. Refunds will not be issued on orders that are delayed.

It is the buyer’s responsibility to enter the correct shipping address when ordering. Thai Organic Coffee will not be responsible for any delays or returns due to an incorrect address. If the item is returned for this reason the customer is responsible for paying the return shipping charges.  Refunds will not be issued on orders returned due to incorrect addresses.
Please check your shipping address carefully before confirming the order.

Payment Methods

What are your accepted payment methods?

Our stores default currency is EURO, however this can be changed to your desired currency using the drop down box at the top of the shop. Online payment services provided by PayPal.

Order Status

What does the Order Status and/or Product Status mean?

This indicates the current status of your order, or of each item within your order. There are several statuses:

Pending – Your order has been accepted and will be processed soon.

Processing/Complete – Your order has been transmitted to the packing/shipping department, and our staff are gathering all of your products and preparing them to be shipped. (Note that your order could remain in this state for several days.)

Shipped – Your order has been fully shipped. Your credit card has been fully charged at this point.

Canceled – Your order has been canceled and normally your credit card has not been billed. If it was billed, we have issued a proper refund which should appear on your next statement.

Refunded – Your order has been canceled and your payment has been refunded.

Returns & Exchanges

What is your return policy?

Coffee is a perishable food item so we do not accept any returns. If you do have any issues with your beans please do not hesitate to contact us and we will do our best to make sure you are satisfied.
